UGQ5140K is a low-power magnetic coil driver, such as a relay or solenoid. Its built-in Darlington power output can continuously absorb currents exceeding 300mA, and the internal protection circuit can limit surge currents and fault currents to approximately 900mA. The UGQ5140K includes a Hall voltage generator, operational amplifier, Schmitt trigger, regulator, and open collector Darlington output stage.
